Platform subscription is billed through Stripe so upgrades, renewals, and webhooks stay standard. Owner-facing card payments use your Stripe keys (stored encrypted); money flows according to your merchant setup, not ours.

Is ResortStrata a property management system (PMS) for nightly bookings?

It's built around ownership-style occupancy, servicing, maintenance, and owner billing — not a full OTA-style PMS. Many teams pair it with a booking tool or use it as the system of record for units and levies.

Can we use our own Stripe account for owner invoices?

Yes. You add your publishable key and encrypted secret keys in payment settings; checkout sessions and webhooks run against your Stripe account so settlements and statements stay yours.

What happens after the trial?

You pick a paid plan and complete checkout in the app; your ResortStrata subscription is processed through Stripe. While a subscription isn't active (for example after a trial ends), portal access is limited until billing is in good standing.

Do you support multiple resorts under one bill?

Yes. An organization can contain many resorts, each with its own units, jobs, and allocations. Staff belong to the org and see what their permission groups allow.

Where is data hosted?

Your organization's data lives in ResortStrata's managed cloud — we operate the application, database, and security updates. You access everything over HTTPS; invoice email and platform notifications are sent from our service. For owner card payments, you connect your own Stripe account so charges and payouts remain on your merchant record.
